Our authentification service has confirmed that this issue has been resolved. All users should be able to login to the PI Software at this time. Our authentification service has reported that services continue to come back online. They are continuing to work toward full resolution for all services, however it seems access to the PI Software is stable at this time. We will continue to monitor their status page and update here when we have received notice of full resolution. Thank you for your patience.

Our external authentification service is still experiencing an outage, although the are reporting that some of their services are returning.
They are continuing to dedicate their full team's efforts on restoring services for all customers impacted by this incident. We will update this page again as more information on full resolution becomes available.

Our external authentification service is still experiencing an outage, causing users to be unable to log into the PI Software at this time.
Their Engineers have identified some patterns in our databases that we believe could be related to this issue. We are attempting to leverage them to identify the issue
