Monitoring -
Issues around Cognitive Assessment not recording results in the PI software has been identified and our engineering team has deployed a fix. All new Cognitive Assessment results should now be reporting properly in the PI software. Cognitive Assessment results submitted between 9pm-9am ET from July 24, 2024 - July 25, 2024 will be delayed.

At approximately 5:25pm ET on July 24, 2024, we experienced some intermittent issues with submissions to behavioral assessments from OI links. Our engineering team has confirmed that the issues with behavioral assessment submissions from OI links have been resolved. OI links are now working and recording results as intended. Investigating -
We are currently aware and investigating an issue where assessment takers are not able to properly navigate to the Cognitive Assessment when clicking on the invitation link. Our engineering team is working a deploying a fix and the status page will be updated accordingly.
