We have confirmed that candidates should no longer receive the error message “Something went wrong. Please contact your administrator” when attempting to complete the Cognitive Assessment. Candidates should now be able to utilize the Cognitive Assessment links that were initially sent out to them to complete the assessment. Our Engineering team is continuing to investigate the issue affecting candidate access to the cognitive assessment, where some users encounter the error message: “Something went wrong. Please contact your administrator.” We are actively working to identify the root cause and will share further updates as soon as more information becomes available. We were currently investigating an issue where some candidates are receiving an error message “Something went wrong. Please contact your administrator” when trying to complete the cognitive assessment. Our Engineering team is investigating the underlying cause of this issue and we will continue to post updates as we have them.
